While making conversation on the phone, if you wish to make recording, simply press the record key of your recorder, then conversation will be recorded without being noticed by the opposite side. As a line tester:Simply plug this modular plug into wall jack or surface jack of your telephone line, then press the button, if it lights red, it means your telephone line is OK and no light means your telephone line is out of function, check your line with telephone company.To connect this device with PABX is not recommended. This phone line is for US wall socket only, for UK or other country
